- 1950s -

Richard Hahn'59, is researching Major Eli Howell's combat tour with the 101st Airborne Division during WWII. Anyone having any information should contact him or the alumni office. (Major Howell was the third president of the school and he converted it into a military academy.) Richard's E-mail address is R1L1Hahn@aol.com

- 1960s -

William Nail '67, is Director of Airfield Operations at Orlando International Airport in Orlando, FL. He is directly responsible for the safe, secure, and efficient operation of the airport under the auspices of Federal Aviation Regulations. He and his wife have two daughters and three grandsons.

Ray Blackburn '68, would like to give his new address. It is now P.O.Box 7275, Spanish Fort, AL 36577.

- 1980s -

Manuel Alberto Arante attended LWMA from 1985 - 1988. He is currently Sales Manager for South West Marble & Stones in Lima, Peru. His address is Conquistadores 1196 Apt. 503, San Isidro, Lima Peru 27 and his email address is SOUTHWESTMARBLE@USA.NET. He would like to hear from anyone that knew him when he was in school.

Scott McFadden '89, has moved to Parker, CO. He said there would be no more military days for a while now. Scott said his mother and father met in Camp Hill. His father, Raymond, graduated from LWMA in 1965. He was killed in an automobile accident in 1985.

- 1990s -

Michael Hornsby '91, is stationed aboard the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD-6). The ship left San Diego on December 1,2001, with Marines on board to relieve the Marines in Afghanistan. His wife and two children live in Nashville

Paul Barrentine '92, would like to contact anyone from the class of 1992. He lives in Orange City, FL where he is owner/operator of a trucking company. He has one son. His email address is STASHU4578824912@aol.com.

Mostapha Howaidy '95 wants to hear from his classmates from 1995 and the Sword Drill Team of 1994. His email address is howaidy77@hotmail.com. He lives in Cairo, Egypt.

- Former Faculty & Staff -

A story to be put on the alumni website written by James L. Murphy from Henderson, TN, concerns Mr. Leon W. Cox. Many of you will remember Mr. Cox was principal and teacher at SII from 1943-1953. Martha Collins Hubert, class of 1947, died at some unknown time recently.

- 1960s -

William D. Seccuro, class of 1962, died April 17,2001. He was an A & P mechanic with Northwest Airlines for twenty three years. He lived in McDonough, GA.
