I saw your pics and stories of LWMA and Camp Hill. I lived there from 1950 thru 1961.

One story you seem to have left out is the fish story. In 1964 (I think) Mel and Bettie Rechtman (my parents) and Frank and Elaine LeNoir went on a fishing trip off Panama City on a fishing vessel called the "Captain Horatio T. Hornblower." In 2 1/2 hours they caught 1,270 pounds of fish. This set a world fishing record, which has since been broken. In addition to feeding our families several meals, there was enough to also feed LWMA two meals (I believe), a gift from the happy and tired fisherpeople.

Thanks for the sites and the pictures and the stories!

P.S. I'll be in Camp Hill this Sunday to present a talk "The Spirituality of Music" at the Universalist Church. Please get some photos of that wonderful building and the other churches to include on the Camp Hill photo site.
